What changes in the conversion
- The WEBVTT header, NOTE comments and STYLE and REGION blocks are removed: SRT has no place for them.
- Cue settings such as line:, position: and align: are dropped; text and timing stay.
- Voice and class spans (<v Speaker>, <c.yellow>) are unwrapped to plain text; <i>, <b> and <u> are kept.
- Short timestamps such as 01:02.500 are written in full (00:01:02,500), and cue identifiers are replaced by SRT numbers.
