Include the email address you used at checkout so we can find your order. We aim to reply by email within 2 business days.

Your order

Unlocked immediately after payment: you return to the Captionry site, which confirms the payment and shows your license key.

If something is missing or not what you expected, contact us and we will work with you to sort it out.

Refunds

Full refund within 14 days of purchase: email support with your receipt. Purchases sold through Link can also be managed, and refunds requested, through Link support. See our Terms of Service.
